![]() They are all generally where they should be plus/minus a bit of an offset where it made sense for the game to play better. That being said, what Gorwe said is also true when it comes to CoE taking a bit of liberty with some location placements due to gameplay. That's also one of the reasons why they are there defending the towers of the circle.Īs for why the big map doesn't have lots of small islands in the Tuscari sea - the big map isn't as detailed and it doesn't show everything to the dot. I'm assuming you're making the connection due to the medusae, but keep in mind that those were already on Fiara at the time CoE takes places - they were brought over by Shar of the Isles who, at this point, was already in the circle. ![]() Not quite, the islands in the Tuscari sea in CoE aren't meant to be the lost isles. It's safest to say that COE takes place on some variant of the continent of Fiara, though both distorted truncated in some way or another. This is due to the fact that it's a single continent with the Lost Isles wedged into a gulf to the southeast, which on that map is about where the Tuscari Sea is on the interactive world map. Also in that combat takes place on an instanced tactical map that reflects the terrain around it, just like Age of Wonders. Units travel in stacks of 5+, with an optional hero. ![]() Originally posted by =(FGR)=Sentinel:The interactive map isn't accurate to Conquest of Eo, at least. Yes In that regular units come in Tiers (I-III) which you gradually become able to recruit or hire, and they level up after gaining experience. ![]()
